Krishen is a certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher trained under the guidance of Sadhguru. He received over 1750 hours of formal training at the Isha Yoga Center, South India, and takes great pride in bringing Isha Hatha Yoga to the world in its purest form.
He teaches a number of programs of varying physical intensity, which you can learn in a group workshop and practise thereafter by yourself. He is also able to create custom programs and practice review sessions on request.
